Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table Review

The Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table is a fairly expensive inversion table, and in fact is one of the most expensive ones you can get for home use. However, because it is expensive, it does have a high level of durability, it is comfortable, and it does its job as intended.

Who is this product for?

If you have a herniated disc, sciatica, muscle spasms, or any other form of back pain, especially chronic pain that does not seem to go away, then the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table might be right for you.

It is a tool specially designed to help stretch out your back muscles and your spine in order to relieve pain and discomfort. It is absolutely an awesome thing to have if you just cannot stand the back pain any more.

What’s included?

When you buy the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table, you get the inversion table itself, plus an instruction manual, just to get your started. Other than that, besides the necessary components for assembly, nothing else is included here.

Overview of features?

One thing which is important to note is that it is currently the one and only US FDA-cleared inversion table for back pain, spinal stenosis, sciatica, muscle tension, back spasms, herniated discs, and several other painful back related ailments too. The fact that it is FDA cleared speaks volumes to its efficacy and usefulness.

Something else worth nothing is how versatile the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table is in terms of user capacity. For one, the frame itself is made with heavy-duty metals, mostly steel, which is good because you know that it will last for a long time.

In terms of user weight capacity, it can hold users up to 300 lbs., which is fairly impressive. In terms of user size, it can hold people between 4’ 8” and 6’ 6”, which is also not bad at all.

The Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table also has safety features to stop you from furthering injuring yourself. It comes with auto-locking hinges to keep you in place while inverted, as well as cam locks for added security. Another good feature is that the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table has precision rotation control, or in other words, rotating is made easy and only requires small arm movements.

What is also important to note is that the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table made for comfort. For one, it comes with patented wraparound ankle cuffs. This is of course very useful because the ankle cuffs keep your legs in place while inverted so you don’t fall off. The ankle cuffs are also padded for some added comfort.

The contoured bed may not be well padded, but it does have an ergonomic design which is supposed to help with back pain. Here you also get really comfortable foam hand grips, which help both with comfort and safety.

Using the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table is not that hard. Assembling it is pretty easy, but it takes some time, and it might be helpful to have a helping hand. Anyway, to use the table, just get onto it as instructed and secure your feet in the ankle cuffs so you do not fall out when inverting.

After doing so, swing your arms back to invert yourself and stay in that position for as long as your physician recommends. In case you need some help, take a look at the below video for some more assistance.

An Alternative

In case you are not particularly happy with the specific inversion table we have reviewed here today, you can always take a look at the KUOKEL Advanced Technology Inversion Table. Although this table is listed as being advanced, it is actually fairly basic.

It costs about a third of the price as the Teeter which we reviewed above. From what we can tell, it works just as well, but does not cost nearly as much, although its durability may be a bit lower.

As you can see, the Teeter EP-560 Ltd. Inversion Table is a perfectly fine option to go with. It comes with lots of features which make it very durable, safe, and comfortable to use. There is also the fact that it is very effective and the only FDA-cleared option around. It’s a bit expensive, but well worth the investment if you have back pain.
